Construction is now complete and sales are proceeding at a brisk pace. The quality construction with a modern aesthetic that are the hallmarks of this new project has been very positively greeted by buyers and agents. It is hard to say which of the features get the most kudos, but the high ceilings, the finishes and the roof deck are among the most common.

Eight units are already in contract with just a few still available. (We will start closing on these sales on July 1st as the first lucky buyers will starting moving in.)
